A cron job is a Linux command for scheduling a task to be executed sometime in the future. This is normally used to schedule a job that is executed periodically - for example, to send out a notice every morning. What you need to know: To setup a cron job, go to cPanel, click Cron jobs, choose Standard. You MAY NOT run a cron job more often than every 15 minutes. If you are getting errors when using the get command, please contact us and request access. Advanced Info: http://www.unixgeeks.org/security/newbie/unix/cron-1.html | |
