How to shut down your server or reboot it.

Be careful with this because it might not be what you want/need to do. Different problems and tasks require different commands. For instance if you just rebuilt world or kernel you will want to do a "reboot" command at the SSH prompt. This will shut down the server and start it back up. If you just want to shut down the server completely and have it stay down for an extended period of time you will need to issue the "shutdown -h now" command. You can also replace "now" with a number for how long you want it to wait to shutdown.
