How to setup nameservers in Plesk

First you will need to register Primary and Secondary nameservers with your domain registrar to two local IP's on the Plesk system. After that, create "A" and "PTR" Records for the primary and secondary nameservers in a local domain's zone designating the two IP's as nameservers. Then, create the NS records in the DNS Template under the SERVER section. This will automatically insert the zone records into any newly created domain's zone file. Finally, add the NS records to any domain that you wish to use the nameservers for. | |
