How to suspend an account in Web Host Manager.
Posted by admin on 11 September 2009 10:21 PM
WebHost Manager enables you to suspend problematic accounts. Suspension simply means that no web site pages are served to accounts, no FTP connections are accepted, and all email is blocked. Suspension is the first step in dealing with problematic accounts.

Log into Web Host Manager and click on account functions.
Click on Suspend/Unsuspend an Account.
Click on the required domain or user name in the displayed list.
If you are suspending an account, enter a brief description of why the account is being suspended in the field next to Reason.
Click on the Suspend button to suspend the account.

Please note: If the account you are suspending belongs to a reseller, you can disallow the reseller from unsuspending it with the check box, "Disallow resellers from unsuspending".
