How to give an account reseller privileges in Web Host Manager.

To create a reseller, you must first create the reseller as a basic account using the Account Functions Menu. After you have created the account using the Account Functions Menu, you can use the Reseller Center to add reseller privileges to this account. A reseller account will have the ability to create other accounts. These accounts created by the reseller will be owned by the reseller and the reseller will be able to modify these accounts. It is important to make sure that your resellers have only the amount of access that they need, and only the ability to create the types of accounts they need. Reseller access is one step away from root access and should be treated with care. Log into Web Host Manager, and click the Reseller Center. Select the account you wish to give reseller privileges to from the drop box below Add Reseller Privileges. Click Ok and you're set. | |
