How to create FTP accounts in cPanel.

Log into your control panel, and select "Manage Accounts" in the "FTP" section. Click the "Add FTP Account" link at the bottom. Enter the user name and password for the new account. You can also enter a specific directory for the account, as to prevent them from accessing higher levels in the directory structure. Click the "Create" button, and your new account is set. Note: If you leave the "Directory" field blank when creating a new account, it will have access to ALL the files on your site. | |
